Global Buddy is a one-on-one relationship between international students and Korean students, helping the international students to learn the Korean language, carry out major studies, and adapt to life in the university.
Period
15 weeks (30 hours or more in total)
Activities
- Meet min. of 2 hours with the Global Buddy each week, and help with living, culture, studies in Korea.
- Submit a report on the results of the activity once a month (three semesters)
- Submit final activity report and social service activity confirmation at the end of semester.
- Attend regular orientation and workshops.
Benefits of Activity
- Make foreign friends and directly/indirectly experience their culture
- Acquisition of social service credits (1 credit), depending on the contents of activity
